Container gardening expert Melissa King shows you how to create a stylish indoor display with this easy care potted combo.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 2 x Self-Watering Terracotta Rib Pots (16 x 15 cm)
  • 1 x Self-Watering Terracotta Rib Pot (13 x 11 cm)
  • 1 x Small bag of quality indoor potting mix
  • 1 x Peace Lily (Spathiphyllum)
  • 1 x Dieffenbachia Memoria Corsii
  • 1 x Epipremnum ‘Snow Queen’

This cooling cream and green combo shines in Northcote Pottery’s pink and white Self-Watering Terracotta Rib pots. As they're self-watering pots, you’ll need to plant directly into them. Start by filling one of the bigger pots with a calming Peace Lily. It boasts glossy green foliage and beautiful white flowers and will add height and lushness to your display.

In the other big pot make a feature of Dieffenbachia Memoria Corsii. You’ll love its deep green and white striped heart shaped leaves. Complete your indoor potted display with Epipremnum ‘Snow Queen’, with variegated emerald green and cream foliage that will cascade over the edges of the container.

The porous self-watering design of this pot means you don’t have to worry about under or over watering. As long as there is water in the bowl at the bottom the plant will water itself.

Tip: Here’s another look you could try. Bring out the pink tones in Northcote Pottery’s Self-watering Terracotta Rib pot with a Purple tinged Calathea, Peperomia ‘Red Luna’ and trailing Callisia ‘Pink Panther’.
